Seeing the word SMRT every single time i go onto facebook and twitter. It's getting so freaking annoying. Will these people ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever EVERRRRR be thankful that Singapore's public transport is already one of the best? Just because of this incident that happens with a probability lower than 0.01,SMRT sucks. What the hell. It's always like that isn't it. It doesn't matter if you maintain a good record for at least 20 years, people still condemn you almost immediately once there's a few mistakes made. Hello? Trains break down, they're machines.
